About Linda
Linda has dedicated more than three decades to creating strategic tax approaches for her clients. Through her expertise as an international tax specialist, Linda has been able to offer her clients significant tax advantages in structuring cross-border transactions.
In addition to international tax, Linda has significant experience with state and local tax (SALT) issues in the consulting, compliance, and advocacy areas.
Prior to joining Barnes Dennig, Linda’s tax experience included leadership roles in the tax practice of two large, regional CPA firms and working in the tax department of a Cincinnati-based multinational Fortune 100 company. As a prior tax litigator, Linda has also been able to assist clients in tax controversies with the IRS and various states.
Linda earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and her Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Akron. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Bar Association. Linda is licensed as both a CPA and an attorney in the state of Ohio.
