Regina brings more than 20 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, and IT controls, helping organizations strengthen their technology environments and navigate an increasingly complex risk landscape. She is passionate about helping clients protect their businesses through practical, thoughtful solutions that support security, compliance, and long-term success.
Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive experience in information security, technology controls, systems auditing, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise includes SOC reporting, HIPAA assessments, PCI compliance, technology controls consulting, and IT risk management. She partners with organizations to evaluate existing control environments, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance security, support compliance, and build confidence among stakeholders.
Known for her deep technical expertise and thoughtful approach, Regina takes the time to understand each client’s unique challenges and deliver practical guidance that aligns with their goals and operational needs. She enjoys helping organizations navigate evolving technology risks and compliance requirements by translating complex technical concepts into meaningful business insights that empower leaders to make informed decisions with confidence.
Regina is committed to continuous learning and professional excellence. She holds both the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designations, reflecting her deep expertise in information security, IT governance, and technology risk management. She also serves on the board of the ISACA Cincinnati Chapter and is an active member of ISC², allowing her to stay engaged with emerging technologies, evolving cybersecurity risks, and industry best practices.
Regina earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana before earning a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Cincinnati.
