Prior to joining Barnes Dennig, Grace served in executive finance leadership roles across manufacturing, technology, professional services, retail, and consumer products organizations. She has extensive experience building financial reporting infrastructure, developing forecasting and cash flow models, improving month-end close processes, and identifying opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiencies.
Throughout her career, she has led large-scale forecasting and cost management initiatives, delivered significant cost savings, strengthened financial controls, and translated complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership teams.
Known for her collaborative approach and analytical mindset, Grace combines the discipline of a Fortune 50 finance executive with the hands-on practicality required by growing organizations. She works closely with clients to enhance financial reporting, improve cash management, develop key performance indicators, and provide the financial clarity needed to support sustainable growth.
Grace earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance and Operations from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Xavier University. She also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
