About Mark
Mark has comprehensive tax experience, including tax advisory, compliance, and consulting for closely-held businesses and pass-through entities. In addition, he provides planning and guidance to numerous families and individuals and is a member of the firm’s High Net Worth service team.
With a background focused on tax since he joined Barnes Dennig in 2013, Mark has worked with many of the firm’s largest clients across multiple industries.
Mark is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who receives yearly education and leadership development training. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, in addition to being a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs.
At the center of Mark’s career is his family, which includes his wife and their three sons. They reside in Northern Kentucky, where they are growing their roots within the community. Mark’s involvement outside of work aligns with his career and family life, as he is actively involved in the community and St. Agnes Parish. Mark is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and playing almost any sport!
