About Brandon
Brandon’s clients know him for his innovative insights and dedication to their best interests. A leader in Barnes Dennig’s Construction and Real Estate practices, he brings over two decades of in-depth industry experience as well as outstanding accounting and tax expertise. In addition to his construction and real estate clients, Brandon’s tax services extend across multiple industries, including manufacturing & distribution, architects and engineers, law firms, professional service firms, and start-up companies.
Brandon has a wide range of tax knowledge, specifically regarding C- and S- corporations, partnerships and LLCs, multi-state filings, and international taxation considerations. Brandon is also a recognized leader in the Indiana market for mergers and acquisitions/deal structuring.
While there’s a common stereotype that accountants aren’t the most social people, that’s far from true for Brandon. His constant energy and positive presence have helped attract and retain some of the most talented CPAs in the region to the firm. Additionally, he’s a member of the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG) and continually brings innovative ideas and growth strategies based on his experiences.
Brandon graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Computer Information Systems. He earned his MBA in 2006.
Outside of the office, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife, playing golf and tennis. He also serves on the board of the University of Indianapolis Greyhound Club.
