  • Average gross revenue per total FTE employee is $673,245.
  • The average president/CEO has 15.5 years of experience and a base salary of $209,716.
  • Of the companies that pay bonuses, only 77% calculate bonuses using the discretionary method as opposed to 40% using company goal.
  • The percentage of companies providing 401(k) matches increased to 93% from 80% in 2022.
  • Attracting and retaining qualified personnel, labor costs, and healthcare costs are the top three issues facing contractors in 2024.
