About Kevin
Joining the Barnes Denning Family in 2015 as the Talent Director, Kevin focuses on the firm’s most important asset – its employees – to ensure they are fulfilled, engaged, and have all the resources necessary to be successful. While overseeing all aspects of the firm’s HR function and being responsible for maintaining the firm’s personnel, employee relations, and workplace culture, he also partners with firm leadership on the firm’s daily operations.
Kevin brings a passion for helping future and current professionals build a brighter future while partnering with leadership in advancing the careers of current professionals by providing each the tools necessary for success. He currently serves on and collaborates with several local University and high school business advisory boards and committees as they strive to best prepare their students for the challenges of employment.
Prior to joining Barnes Dennig, Kevin spent time with a large international accounting firm, along with stops working at an international clinical research organization and in collegiate athletics. Throughout his previous years of experience, Kevin has spent time working with colleagues locally, and around the world, on projects and day-to-day activities as they relate to the betterment of the employee experience.
Kevin is a graduate of Morehead State University where he was a Dean’s List member and an Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection while competing as an athlete in football.
