Dan is well respected at the firm and a Senior Manager on the firm’s construction client service team and employee benefit plan audit group. With a work ethic that is second-to-none, his high performance and dedication to Barnes Dennig and the firm’s clients is noted by many and has resulted in a promotion from Staff Accountant to Senior Manager in record time.
Dan has more than nine years of experience at Barnes Dennig. As a Senior Manager, Dan has extensive knowledge of how to work efficiently with his team to provide the best service to the firm’s clients. His familiarity with audit procedures and processes simplifies fieldwork for clients.
Dan also assists with recruiting efforts at the University of Cincinnati. Dan has helped the firm recruit numerous interns and full-time staff accountants.
Dan is very involved in the community. He was a member of the 2013 Multiple Sclerosis Leadership Class of Cincinnati, served on the MS Society’s Emerging Leadership Council, and serves on the Cincinnati Public Schools Audit Committee. He is also active in the Young Professionals group of Allied Construction Industries and the Emerging Leaders group of Ohio Valley Associated Builders and Contractors, and serves on the Finance Committee of Ohio Valley Associated Builders and Contractors.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. At UC, Dan was part of the Carl H. Lindner Honors-PLUS program. Dan has earned the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation.
