Barnes Dennig One of America’s Best Workplaces

For the fourth time this year, Barnes Dennig is being honored as a great place to work – this time as one of America’s Best Workplaces. This inaugural award, presented by Best Companies Group, recognizes and honors the best places of employment across the United States in a celebration of excellence in company culture.
Barnes Dennig Managing Director Jay Rammes says, “you want to come to work with people who have a passion, who want to be part of a team, and who have passion for delivering value to the clients. This award tells us we’re realizing a culture where our people feel valued and inspired to do their best work for our clients. Being named one of America’s Top Workplaces is a tremendous honor – and we’re in great company!”
What makes a great place to work?
While it’s a combination of factors, there are a couple that stand out.
“In today’s work environment, flexibility matters. Whether it’s the location of where, the hours when, the types of clients, or the path they take, it’s all about ensuring every member of our team has the space and support to do their best work for our clients and create the careers they want. We’re so proud of this award because it says we’re succeeding in that,” says Rammes.
Other top workplace awards that Barnes Dennig has been honored with in 2024 include Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For, Top Workplaces, and Best Workplaces in Ohio.

Award methodology
Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
The rankings were determined using Best Companies Group’s algorithm. The algorithm used data from each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, as well as data from an employee survey that measured the employee experience. The overall scores determined which workplaces were recognized and which were ranked at the top of their category.
The final rankings will be announced on December 18, 2024.
