Barnes Dennig is honored and delighted to be named one of the Enquirer’s Top Workplaces for an incredible 15th time – and the 10th consecutive year – an especially meaningful recognition as it’s based solely on employee feedback.
According to an Enquirer article on Cincinnati.com, “This award can’t be bought; it has to be earned, based on employee feedback. Winners are chosen through a scientific survey process. Positive employee feedback equals recognition. Workplaces that don’t have strong feedback are excluded from the winners list.”
The survey, administered by Philadelphia-based employee research and consulting technology firm Energage LLC, measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures critical to the success of any organization, and asks 25 questions on factors including pay and benefits, direction, leadership, meaningfulness, and appreciation. Any organization with 50 or more employees (public, private, non-profit, or government) is eligible to participate. A total of 122 Greater Cincinnati organizations earned the award this year.
“To be named a Top Workplace for the 15th time — in our 60th anniversary year — is an extraordinary honor. It reflects the strength of the culture we’ve built together over six decades: one that values flexibility, collaboration, and a deep commitment to our clients, our colleagues, and our community,” says Barnes Dennig Managing Director Jay Rammes. “This recognition means even more because it comes directly from our team. It tells us we’re listening, we’re growing, and we’re delivering on our promise to support fulfilling, purpose-driven careers. It’s a testament to every individual who contributes to the vibrant, resilient culture that defines Barnes Dennig.”
An Accounting Today Top 200 Accounting Firm and Inside Public Accounting Best of the Best Firm, Barnes Dennig was founded on the principle that commitment to colleagues, clients, and community, in equal measure, are the key to a successful business – and the firm’s been thriving on that that driving force for 60 years.
