United Way Names Barnes Dennig to Tremendous 25

We’re honored, humbled, and proud to be one of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati’s Tremendous 25 – the highest per-capita giving companies with at least 25 employees and 55% employee participation. According to the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, “These companies may not be large enough to be in the Top 25, but they and their employees go above and beyond to provide exceptional support for their community.”

“The United Way does so much good in our community, supporting the economic well-being of everyone in Greater Cincinnati so we can all thrive together. We’re honored to be included in the Tremendous 25 Workplaces That Care and proud of our amazing team that believes in building a brighter future together. We gain so much from our blessed community – it feels great to give back,” says Barnes Dennig Managing Director Jay Rammes.

Non-Profit Practice Leader and Director Patrick Frambes notes, “Spending my career focusing on the non-profit industry has allowed me to see the reach of the United Way within our community. They support the missions of many organizations that provide direct service to fulfill critical needs, help steer the ship, and provide us with a common point of focus – giving us a strategic direction to better our community. It’s been a pleasure to be involved with the United Way of Greater Cincinnati over the years, and we look forward to supporting their goals into the future.”

Barnes Dennig was founded on the three pillars of service to clients, colleagues, and community in equal measure, and those values remain our central focus nearly 60 years later. Beyond the firm’s commitment, giving back is an integral part of our culture, and members of our team at every level volunteer and serve on boards at non-profits throughout our communities, dedicating their time, financial resources, and energy to causes they care about.

The firm’s annual Outreach Day is a compelling example of Barnes Dennig’s commitment to the communities where we all live and work: every year on a late October Friday, we close our doors and send our entire team out for a day of service to deserving non-profits, a tradition we began in 2011.

With one of the region’s largest non-profit practices and dedicated non-profit teams, Barnes Dennig’s commitment to helping organizations fulfill their missions runs deep – and helps build a better, brighter future for us all.
