Joining the Barnes Dennig Team in 2015, Kevin brings with him over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. In his role as Talent Director, Kevin oversees all aspects of HR such as; recruiting, employee relations, performance management, policy recommendations, compensation, organization development, and many more.
Kevin brings a passion in helping future professionals launch their career beyond the numbers, as well as partnering with leadership in advancing the careers of current professionals by providing them the tools necessary to be successful. He currently serves on and collaborates with several local University advisory boards and committees as they strive to best prepare their students for the employment challenges of tomorrow.
Prior to joining Barnes Dennig, Kevin spent time as part of a large international accounting firm, along with stops working at an international clinical research organization and in collegiate athletics. Throughout his previous years of experience Kevin has spent time working with colleagues locally, and from around the world, on projects and day-to-day activities as they relate to the betterment of the employee experience.
Kevin is a graduate of Morehead State University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications whiling earning four letters in varsity football. He was also a Dean’s List member and was selected to the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
