A Blueprint for Wellness – Special Guest Speakers

Join us in our Keynote presentations where we cover critical issues in the construction industry with insights from industry experts Marc Sweeny and Leah Boggs. Explore the rising costs of pharmacy expenses and the prevalence of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSK) in the workforce. On average, workers lose 12 workdays due to MSK issues, affecting productivity at the worksite. Discover how investing in worksite testing, injury prevention programs, and increased access to physical therapy can help alleviate these workforce challenges. We will cover how to implement these changes in the workplace resulting in improved physical health, reduced depression rates, and cutting healthcare costs for substantial savings per participant.
