Linda Weigand, CPA, JD – Linda has dedicated more than three decades to creating strategic tax approaches for her clients. Through her expertise as an international tax specialist, Linda has been able to offer her clients significant tax advantages in structuring cross-border transactions. In addition to international tax, Linda has significant experience with state and local tax (SALT) issues in the consulting, compliance, and advocacy areas.
Ellen Juram, CPA – Ellen has more than 20 years of international tax experience and is an integral part of the firm’s tax compliance and consulting services. She has considerable experience identifying, implementing and managing tax planning opportunities for multinational companies, including debt financing structures, acquisition planning, foreign tax credit planning and local country tax planning.
Lauren Huster, CPA, MBA – As a key member of Barnes Dennig’s tax team, Lauren is committed to helping her clients develop and implement strategies that minimize their tax burden. Her knowledge of the tax code and previous experience at Big Four and a national pharmaceutical company make her an invaluable asset to the firm’s clients. She has experience with public and private companies with international operations or foreign-based companies with domestic operations.
Michael O’Hara, CPA – Michael has nearly a decade of public accounting experience with Barnes Dennig. Over this time, he has developed a broad background in tax including federal tax, state tax, and international tax while working with US-based clients and internationally-based clients. Michael has earned the US International Tax Certificate from the Association of Certified Professional Accountants.
