About Lisa
As Chief Financial Officer, Lisa leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring smooth financial operations and overseeing budgeting and forecasting, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls. She builds scalable processes and delivers clear, data-driven insights to support firmwide decision-making, and partners closely with Barnes Dennig’s Executive Committee to guide financial strategy and manage performance.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held tax and assurance roles at Barnes Dennig, including Senior Tax Accountant on the Manufacturing team, where she managed complex federal, state, and local compliance and helped train and mentor staff. Her technical expertise spans GAAP, financial reporting, corporate and S-corporation tax, and tax accounting. She holds both an MSBA and BSBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
When she’s not masterfully managing firm financials, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering for her kids at their sporting events. She’s a member of Burn Boot Camp and loves to work out, even completing her first half-marathon a few years ago. Lisa and her husband enjoy trying new restaurants and are currently building their first lake house in Kentucky, where they look forward to spending their weekends with their two kids and two labradors, Sam and Lucy.
