Brittany brings a powerful combination of accounting, finance, operations, and advisory expertise to helping organizations build stronger financial functions. With a practical understanding of both day-to-day accounting operations and long-term financial strategy, she helps clients improve processes, strengthen reporting, and gain greater visibility into the financial information that drives their businesses.
Having served in Controller and Fractional CFO leadership roles, Brittany understands firsthand the financial challenges business leaders face as their organizations grow and evolve. Her experience spans budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, job costing, process improvement, and accounting operations. She takes the time to understand how each organization operates and develops practical solutions that improve accuracy, mitigate risk, and give leadership greater confidence in their financial information.
Brittany has particularly deep experience in the construction and real estate industries, including large-scale industrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, and residential construction. Her extensive knowledge of job costing, cash management, and financial operations allows her to understand the complexities of project-based businesses and provide meaningful insight into financial performance. She also brings experience serving organizations in technology, non-profit, and professional services.
Technology and process improvement are another important part of Brittany’s approach. She has experience leading ERP implementations and evaluating accounting processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency. By combining the right processes, systems, and financial practices, Brittany helps organizations build an accounting infrastructure that supports both their immediate needs and future growth.
A knowledgeable and experienced leader, Brittany also understands the importance of building strong accounting teams. She provides guidance and mentorship to financial professionals while helping organizations establish effective processes, clear expectations, and the structure teams need to succeed. Whether providing strategic financial guidance or strengthening the fundamentals of an accounting function, Brittany focuses on solutions that make a meaningful difference for the organizations she serves.
Brittany earned two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University, one in Accounting and Business/Management and another in Animal Science and Nutrition. She also holds a minor in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys competing in CrossFit competitions, hiking with her dog, reading, and leading worship at her church.
