Brian R. Redden, Attorney at Law, BHMK

Focused primarily on advocating for, protecting, and advising privately owned businesses, Mr. Redden offers comprehensive representation in all aspects of commercial / business law and litigation. Michael Hiles, Founder/CEO, 10XTS

Michael Hiles is a business executive with multiple startup and early stage company experience. He is a technology solutions architect with marketing, business operations, and financial experience. Michael began developing software on mainframe systems at an early age in the late 1970’s. He has over 40 years of software and data architecture and development experience.

Jennifer A. Wesselman, CPA, Barnes Dennig

Jennifer has over 20 years of comprehensive tax experience with real estate and construction businesses, partnership taxation, and expertise advising clients through the entire process of Opportunity Zone investing and securing tax benefits. Jennifer’s work with Opportunity Zones includes consulting on the setup and compliance for Qualified Opportunity Zone Funds and Qualified Opportunity Zone Businesses. Mick and Jenny Wilz, Co-Owners, Whitewater Publications

Mick and Jenny have recently broken ground on the future Cobblestone Hotel, which is being developed inside of an Opportunity Zone and developed with strategic benefits in mind. Additionally, they also acquired Indiana’s second oldest newspaper in a QOZ. Both projects underline their commitment to using the OZ tax benefits for revitalization and preservation of their hometown. Wilz’s local ties have helped initiate investment in what they hope to make a significant impact on the community moving forward.
