Jennifer has over 20 years of comprehensive tax experience with real estate and construction businesses, partnership taxation, and expertise advising clients through the entire process of Opportunity Zone investing and securing tax benefits. Mick and Jenny Wilz, Co-Owners, Whitewater Publications
Mick and Jenny have recently broken ground on the future Cobblestone Hotel, which is being developed inside of an Opportunity Zone and developed with strategic benefits in mind. Additionally, they also acquired Indiana’s second oldest newspaper in a QOZ. Both projects underline their commitment to using the OZ tax benefits for revitalization and preservation of their hometown. Wilz’s local ties have helped initiate investment in what they hope to make a significant impact on the community moving forward.
