About the Speaker
Michael Keller is a Senior Consultant with FMI focusing on providing expert guidance on operational excellence, labor productivity and strategic planning. He helps organizations recognize maximum operational potential and find data-driven, proactive solutions to complex problems.
Before joining FMI, Michael spent several years in commercial construction project management, completing projects ranging from minor tenant improvements to large health care projects.
He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Master of Business Administration in Competitive Strategy, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
