Join nonprofit futurist, professor and Social Impact Architects Founder and CEO Suzanne Smith as she dives into the mega-trends that are rapidly changing the nonprofit space here in our local communities and around the globe.
In this 150-minute hands-on keynote, Suzanne will engage participants in discussion and leadership team breakout discussions so you walk away with a clear strategic direction and concrete action items to help prepare for:
- How inflation and economic trends will impact your fundraising, day-to-day operations and bottom line
- How technology and globalization change the way you interact with your donors and staff
- How the generational hand-off impacts the workplace, communication needs and your strategic vision
- How to create a culture that attracts and retains top talent and combats burnout
- How diversity, equity and inclusion and your vision/mission/values are the cornerstones of your brand in the community
Come to learn, get ahead and be prepared! Bring your leadership team (including your board!) to digest and analyze learnings and build an organizational action plan for 2022/3 together that not only addresses, but also gets ahead of the mega-trends that are already causing seismic shifts in the sector.
This event is hosted by Barnes Dennig, the Association for Fundraising Professionals, and the Leadership Council for Nonprofits.
CPE is available for those who attend the summit live in-person or virtually.
