Throughout her career, she’s gained broad accounting and auditing experience serving clients in construction, manufacturing, and other industries. She works closely with business owners, management teams, and finance professionals to provide practical guidance, support financial reporting, and help organizations navigate evolving accounting and compliance requirements. Her thoughtful approach and strong communication skills enable her to deliver high-quality engagements while creating a positive experience for clients.
Jessica also has specialized experience in employee benefit plan audits and understands the unique compliance and reporting challenges plan sponsors face. She’s committed to delivering efficient, high-quality audit services while helping clients meet regulatory requirements with confidence.
A visionary and committed leader, Jessica is deeply passionate about developing young accounting professionals, mentoring team members, leading technical trainings, and sharing her knowledge with colleagues at every stage of their careers. She believes that investing in the growth of others not only strengthens the firm, but also enhances the experience and value delivered to clients.
Jessica earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, graduating summa cum laude. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Ohio and Kentucky and received the Kentucky Society of CPAs Award of Excellence in 2018 for earning the highest score on the Regulation section of the CPA exam in Kentucky during the first testing quarter of the year.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys taking workout classes, traveling, and exploring new cities. An avid snowboarder, she’s always looking for her next adventure, whether on the slopes or discovering somewhere new.
