About Jennifer
A passionate teacher and facilitator of “aha” moments, Jennifer is known for being a resource to her clients. She values building strong client relationships, aiming for connections beyond traditional audits.
Jennifer is an integral member of Barnes Dennig’s Not-for-Profit team and a dedicated asset to her clients and the firm, leveraging more than two decades of in-depth experience to provide best-in-class audit and assurance services that help our non-profit clients maximize their resources and great work in our communities.
As an integral member of the firm’s Assurance Quality Control Committee, she supports the delivery of top-tier assurance services that instill confidence in clients. Jennifer’s in-depth training and experience in accounting and auditing have made her highly respected by both clients and colleagues for her astute judgment, technical ability, and positive attitude.
She graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting. Jennifer actively participates in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Indiana CPA Society, where she chairs the Not-for-Profit Planning Committee. Additionally, she holds AICPA certifications in Not-for-Profit Level II and Advanced Single Audit.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jennifer dedicates time to her community as the Finance Committee Chairperson and Choir and Music Director at Southwood Baptist Church. She also contributes her expertise as a Finance Committee Member and Board Treasurer at Hope Academy Recovery High School.
