2026 Outreach Day Project Submissions are Open

Barnes Dennig’s 2026 Community Outreach Day is now open and accepting project submissions!
Commitment to community is a core principle at Barnes Dennig, and Outreach Day is one of our favorite annual giving-back events. Every year, we close our doors for a full day and send our teams out into the Ohio, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky community to help amazing local non-profits move their mission forward.
This October, we want to help you knock your big volunteer projects off your wish list – all in one action-packed day! You’ll be amazed by what our team can accomplish.
Deadline: Friday, August 7, 2026
Nominations are open through August 7 for service projects to be completed by the Barnes Dennig team on Friday, October 23. This year, we’re asking each organization to submit two projects to ensure each team has a full day of work when we’re on-site. Our selection committee will review all nominations and select the ones that make the largest impact in the community.
Excited? We are, too! So, nominate your projects now. And if you know of a non-profit that could benefit from our volunteers, please tell them, too.
Things to keep in mind
- Projects should require a minimum of 15 volunteers (but we can send as many as you can manage).
- Full-day projects are preferred, and all projects must be completed on Friday, October 23 between 9 AM and 4 PM ET.
- If you’re submitting an outdoor project, please include a rain contingency plan, if available.
- You’re welcome to submit as many projects as you can come up with for consideration, but we need you to submit at least two projects.
- Past recipients are welcome to apply again!
