About Randy
As a Senior Manager on Barnes Dennig’s Manufacturing Client Service Team, Randy has gained a wealth of audit and accounting experience serving some of the firm’s most complex clients. Randy joined Barnes Dennig as an intern while attending the University of Cincinnati. After graduating, he became full-time and was promoted to Senior Accountant, then Manager, and now to Senior Manager, where he’s responsible for all aspects of client engagements. Randy is also a key member of the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Team, has received specific training, and performs 10+ plan audits each year.
Additionally, he is a member of the firm’s transaction advisory team, assisting clients in the financial due diligence process, including transaction accounting and performing quality of earnings reviews.
Randy graduated cum laude from the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).
