About Chris
Chris has more than a decade of public accounting experience, specializing in auto dealerships, construction, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and healthcare. He uses that broad-based experience to bring cross-industry knowledge, strategies, and insights to help each client make the most of their financial opportunities.
He has a great passion for the auto dealership industry, and as a leader of Barnes Dennig’s Auto Dealership Client Service Team, he’s gained a wealth of experience serving some of the firm’s largest clients. He is well known for his personal approach with the clients he serves as he enjoys getting to know them and their business, forming lasting relationships and is proud to call many of his clients his friends as well.
In his role as a Senior Manager, Chris is responsible for all aspects of client engagements. Chris also has extensive experience with the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Team and has received specific in-depth training in this area.
Chris is an active member of the Dealer CPA Network, which provides extensive value in helping members keep ahead of changes in the dealership industry. He graduated from Wright State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Finance. He also received his Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix.
Chris lives in Springboro, Ohio with his wife and three sons. He is very involved with his family and loves to coach the various sports they play throughout the year.
