As the 50th All-Star anniversary year continues for Barnes Dennig, it was announced in April of 2015 that the firm was recognized as the 2015 Corporate Sponsor of the Year by the UC Lindner Women in Business Program.
Director Cindy Padilla worked with the Executive Board to provide her consulting experience as they were founding the program, and University of Cincinnati Student and Audit Co-op Priya Mullen serves on the Student Cabinet as the Director of Internal Events. Barnes Dennig alum Maureen Bruns also serves on the program’s Faculty Committee.
Women’s Growth & Development Initiative
More than providing support and insight as they began to grow the program, the Women’s Growth & Development Initiative has been inviting students from the UC Lindner Women in Business Program to attend events over the last year. Signature Barnes Dennig events included partnerships from KeyBank, Graydon Head, USI and Merrill Lynch. All events had spaces reserved for University of Cincinnati students in the UC Lindner Women in Business Program. The students involved will be included in the upcoming events in the works for 2015. Lastly, the firm did provide for three students to attend key Cincinnati Business Courier BizWomen events. Combined, these events help future women leaders in our community to grow professionally and network with other leaders in the Greater Cincinnati business region.
Barnes Dennig would like to everyone who contributed their time and talent to the UC Lindner Women in Business program, and wish a productive and successful year to the initiative!
