Andy co-founded a local CPA firm, Bertke, Sparks & Kremer, which joined Barnes Dennig in 2014. In addition to providing clients with tax planning and consulting services, Andy has expertise in litigation consulting, expert witness services, business valuations, strategic planning matters and due diligence. His past experience includes working for regional and international accounting firms.
Bertke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from the University of Kentucky with a major in accounting. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Kentucky and Ohio.
