The 4th annual Community Outreach Day is open for nominations!
New this year, PNC Bank will be joining in the fun to DOUBLE the time, energy and resources we have to give to many deserving tri-state agencies to go above and beyond to help them achieve their charitable goals.
Barnes Dennig’s mission of “helping individuals and organizations achieve financial success” is the driving force for the initiative–a vision we share with this year’s partner, PNC.
PNC forms partnerships with community-based non-profits and through its PNC Foundation awards grants to worthy organizations focused on economic development, education and the arts. Furthermore, PNC’s “Grow Up Great” is a program dedicated to help America’s youngest children prepare for and succeed in school and life.
With the largest team of local professionals dedicated to the non-profit sector, Barnes Dennig provides services to 130+ non-profit clients. The firm supports non-profits year-round through free educational seminars, biennial benchmarking studies and sponsorships but is especially excited to roll up their sleeves and get down to work on Outreach Day, which coincides with the annual United Way Campaign and national Make A Difference Day.
Now through August 15th, nominations will be accepted for service projects to be completed on October 24th by the combined efforts of Barnes Dennig and PNC. The selections will be made jointly by Barnes Dennig and PNC Emerging Professionals, who organize many philanthropic endeavors for their firms. Together, they will review each and every nomination and determine how to maximize efforts and make the largest impact in the community – ALL IN ONE DAY!
