Firm leadership has announced October 21stas the first annual Barnes Dennig Community Outreach Day. The primary purpose is to volunteer our employees time to assist local organizations with their charitable goals.
Now through August 1st, nominations will be accepted from local non-profits for service projects to be completed on October 21st by our 100-person firm. The selections will be made jointly by the Emerging Professionals Steering Committee, which organizes many philanthropic endeavors for the firm and the Executive Committee, Barnes Dennig’s governing body. Together, they will review each and every nomination and determine how to maximize efforts and make the largest impact in the community – ALL IN ONE DAY!
The firm’s mission of “helping individuals and organizations achieve financial success” is the driving force for the initiative. This is underscored by support from the partner group and dedication to the community by all staff. “As a firm, we understand it goes beyond tax and accounting services,” says Director-in-Charge of Human Resources, Jay Rammes.
Barnes Dennig provides services to more than 150 non-profit clients in the area. With the largest team of professionals dedicated to the non-profit sector in the city, the firm supports local non-profits through free educational seminars, biennial benchmarking studies and sponsorships.
