New Hire Reinforces Barnes Dennig’s Commitment to People Development, Enrichment and GrowthBill Bagley joins firm as Human Resources DirectorCINCINNATI, OHIO – January 26, 2007 – Barnes, Dennig & Co., Ltd., certified public accountants and business advisors, welcomes Bill Bagley to his new position as human resources director. Bagley will focus on helping Barnes Dennig team members grow and enhance their careers. He has more than 20 years of experience assisting professionals in the accounting field develop into strategic partners. Prior to joining Barnes Dennig, Bagley was a firm director with Deloitte & Touche, LLP. While there, he led regional efforts in human resources, recruiting, training, development, and senior-level coaching efforts. Bagley worked with more than 3,000 professionals in a 12-city region. He retired from Deloitte & Touche in May after 19 years with the firm. Throughout his career, Bagley has designed, developed and presented a wide range of professional development programs. Additionally, he has taught leadership programs for master’s of business administration (MBA) programs at a variety of higher education institutions, including Xavier University, Indiana University, the University of Kentucky, and Miami University. Currently, Bagley is teaching “The Barnes Dennig Strategic Partner Leadership Class” for the masters of accountancy program at the University of Cincinnati. Bagley is the author of Impact Interviewing, and co-author of Navigating Toward Academic and Career Success. He is currently working on three books: Human Resources in Its Purest State, Becoming a Strategic Partner, and Why Accounting? Bagley holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Indiana University, and a master’s degree in Higher Education from Ball State University. He is also an Air Force veteran.
