William J. Cloppert, CPA Appointed 2nd Term as Chair of National Accounting Association Committee

Cincinnati, Ohio – February 6, 2008 - William J. Cloppert, CPA, Managing Director at Barnes, Dennig & Co., Ltd., has been selected to serve a 2nd term as Chair of PKF North American Network’s Membership Committee.

PKF North American Network is a membership association comprised of 88 independent accounting and consulting firms in North America that are dedicated to serving middle-market businesses and individual clients.

The Membership Committee members are leaders in their field, with proven track records providing service and solutions to their clients. These leaders are chosen based on their depth of knowledge and experience. Cloppert, in his second-term, will continue to lead the Membership Committee in recruiting new members to and retaining current members within the PKF network.

“As chair of the Membership Committee, I have the opportunity to assemble valuable industry information, such as benchmarking data, best practices and resources, while also learning from other professionals who, like me, work with closely-held companies,” said Cloppert. “The resources, training, relationships and strategic alliances through PKF North American Network help us to assist our clients as they face challenges and changes inherent in their industry.”

As Managing Director for Barnes Dennig, Bill oversees the strategic operations of the firm. He is a very hands-on business counselor with experience in a variety of industries. Bill has recommended and assisted in the development of deferred compensation agreements, buy/sell agreements, projections and business planning for numerous clients. Bill is also involved in estate and tax planning for key members of client management teams.

Bill earned a BA in Accounting from Xavier University, and has been a member of Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 1974.

Additionally, Bill is past chairman of the Cincinnati Conference Group, is a Board Member for the Free Store/Food Bank and the Free Store / Food Bank Foundation and serves on the Board of Executive Advisors at Williams College of Business, Xavier University.

Bill resides in Blue Ash, Ohio.
