BARNES DENNIG DIRECTORS APPOINTED TO NATIONAL COMMITTEES
Cincinnati, Ohio – February 6, 2009 - William J. Cloppert, CPA, Managing Director has been selected to serve a third term as Chair of PKF North American Network’s Membership Services Committee. Cynthia C. Padilla, CPA, Director has been selected to serve her first term as a member of the Healthcare Services Committee.
PKF North American Network is a membership association comprised of 88 independent accounting and consulting firms in North America that are dedicated to serving middle-market businesses and individual clients.
The Committee members are leaders in their respective fields, with proven track records providing service and solutions to their clients. These leaders are chosen based on their depth of knowledge and experience.
About Cloppert’s Appointment:
Cloppert, in his third-term, will continue to lead the Membership Committee in recruiting new members to and retaining current members within the PKF network. “As chair of the Membership Committee, I have the opportunity to assemble valuable resources and industry information, such as benchmarking data, best practices and resources, while also learning from other professionals who, like me, work with closely-held companies,” said Cloppert. “The resources, training, relationships and strategic alliances through PKF North American Network help us to assist our clients as they face challenges and changes inherent in their industry.”
About Padilla’s Appointment:
Padilla, in her first-term, will assist the Healthcare Services Committee members in identifying the issues affecting our clients in the national healthcare industry, as well as learn from other professionals, who like her, work with closely-held companies. “As a new member to the Healthcare Services Committee, I am looking forward to building and strengthening existing relationships in the national healthcare market. Our regional healthcare clients are facing many of the same issues as the national organizations, so by participating on this committee, I will be able to bring more comprehensive solutions to our clients attention,” said Padilla. “I am excited to take on this role with PKF North American Network and to be affiliated with PKF International Ltd.
