  • Fraud Examination - To detect whether accounting irregularities are inadvertent errors or an intentional cover-up of asset theft, Barnes Dennig offers Fraud Examinations. Also known as Forensic Accounting, Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) apply accounting, audit, and other investigation methodologies to establish the cause and amount of damages, uncover hidden assets, detect fraud or embezzlement, and locate documented evidence.
  • Litigation Support - For attorneys preparing a case, Barnes Dennig offers a variety of litigation support services to assist in discovery and trial preparation in a variety of ways, including:
    • Drafting documents and interrogatories relating to financial and technical issues
    • Evaluating expert witness testimony
    • Helping to define the scope of damages
    • Offering testimony in discovery or at trial
