Women's Growth & Development Initiative

The mission of the Women's Growth & Development Initiative is to be a leader among regional accounting firms in attracting, retaining, developing and advancing women.

To accomplish this mission, we will:

• Provide an environment at Barnes Dennig that supports the attraction and retention of talented women.
• Celebrate the growing presence of women decision makers in business.
• Spotlight exceptional women leaders at Barnes Dennig.
• Create and facilitate opportunities for women to network with each other.
• Promote the skills and experience of our women professionals.
• Partner with local, regional and national organizations with similar missions.

The initiative was a proud winner at the 2010 Association for Accounting Marketing Annual Awards Gala for best internal firm program.
