STEPHANIE M. DURBIN, CPA, CIT
Senior Manager / Team Leader

Stephanie has devoted much of her career to understanding the nuances and unique tax needs of the construction industry, so she can provide insight and expert advice to the firm’s many clients in the construction industry. She leads Barnes Dennig’s construction / real estate client service team.

She is one of 10 professionals at the firm who are certified as Construction Industry Technicians (CIT), and she strengthens her connection to the local construction community as a board member and treasurer of the local chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

Stephanie has more than 10 years of public accounting experience. She has worked on project teams with billion-dollar public companies as well as with the firm’s traditional client base of privately held, middle-market companies. This breadth of experience has sharpened her skills and given her valuable training on best practices across the full spectrum of the economy.

She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA). In addition to her role as a team leader, Stephanie is a valuable member of the leadership of Barnes Dennig’s Emerging Professionals Group, which assists in recruiting, retaining and developing talent within the firm.
