Chip works with clients in a number of industries, applying his expertise to help business owners make smart decisions and minimize tax burdens. Chip works with clients in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and service industries giving him a broad view of best practices across all sectors of the economy. Chip has a special appreciation for the challenges and opportunities of the family business since his father was co-founder of Barnes Dennig & Co. in 1965.
Widely regarded as a progressive thought leader, Chip is highly experienced in taking the companies he serves to the “next level.” His solid understanding of corporate, partnership, and personal tax law allows him to develop integrated solutions for his clients’ business planning and problem solving challenges. Chip is also a member of the firm’s employee benefit plan audit team.
Chip earned a BA in Accounting from Thomas More College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA), and TechSolve, an organization that works to enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing and technology businesses.
Chip is an active board member of Keep Cincinnati Beautiful and recently held the position of Board President. He is also the Treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 281 in Anderson Township.
