SCOTT BAGLEY
Human Resources Director
Scott has nearly 20 years of experience leading human resources initiatives that have earned “Top Workplace” and “Best Places to Work” recognition. He leads the professional development training and recruiting programs that have become a cornerstone of the firm’s culture.
Scott succeeds his father, Bill, as HR director at Barnes Dennig. He previously served as HR director for another local service provider, and he led HR consulting and recruiting engagements for numerous local, regional and international companies through Bagley Consulting LLC – where he often worked alongside his father. Scott received the 2011 Unsung Hero Award from Cincy Magazine and Cincinnati State University.
He is co-author of Navigating Toward Academic and Career Success, a career development guidebook that is endorsed by Dr. Ben Carson, Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Medicine; Dr. Tony Alessandra, nationally recognized motivational leader; and Brian Tracy, author of GOALS! Scott has led seminars for various student groups specific to the theme of this guidebook.
He earned a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communications from Eastern Kentucky University.
