Construction Compensation & BenefitsLike companies in most industries, construction and contracting companies are interested in finding and retaining the best talent. Whether it’s general contracting, commercial construction or residential construction it’s essential to have productive employees that add and reliable employees to drive growth and expansion. However, simply looking for these employees isn’t enough. Management needs to evaluate contributing factors that influence the employment decision. Key issues like benefits, salary and operational items should also be considered. To help clients, prospects and others address this challenge Barnes Dennig is conducting our 9th annual, Construction Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking Study.

Study Scope

As we have done with past studies, we are collecting information on salary, benefits and other key benchmarking data from construction, contractor and other industry companies in the greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky Companies. If you fit into these categories Barnes Dennig and USI Insurance encourage your participation.

Study Benefits

In the past, participants have found the report helps them gain a better understanding of the industry and the company’s effectiveness in the local marketplace. Key questions to consider:

  • How well your company’s compensation structure compares      to other contractors
  • If you’re benefit offerings are competitive
  • How your operational metrics stack up with other      distributors

Take the Survey

We encourage your participation to make the survey as wide reaching as possible. Remember, all information collected will remain confidential and secure. No personally identifiable information will be included. It’s important to note, that ONLY participants will receive customized reports which will include the (anonymous) raw data to conduct further analysis. If you have not received a customized link via email, please contact Melissa Brogan.
