How has CFO compensation faired over the last four years?
The CFO Base Salary chart (at right) shows that compesation for small and large distrbutors alike have followed the same pattern – taking an understandable cut from 2007-2009 – and now finally surpassing where comp levels were before the economic turmoil in 2008. The “Under 50 Employees” sector catching up quicker than their larger counter parts.
